Please note that we have reopened the church for services on Sunday September 13th at 10am and look forward to seeing you and yours. Kindly use masks covering your nose and mouth when coming. In the name of...

We face challenges on a daily basis. Some of them may seem like immovable mountains. We are tempted to give up at times, when it looks as if the mountain is not moving or reducing in size. Sometimes, the challenge may be insulting your faith, trust and hope in God.


Be rest assured that God will come through for you. When the imposing giant named Goliath was insulting David; Goliath disdained, despised and belittled David. He proceeded to case aspersion on David's instrument of war - his staff, calling them sticks. David emerged victorious by declaring:


Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword and with a spear and with a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.


This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you down and cut off your head. And I will give the dead bodies of the host of the Philistines this day to the birds of the air and to the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel,


All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the LORD saves; for the battle is the LORD's, and he will give all of you into our hands." (1 Samuel 17:45-47).


David prevailed over the giant with a sling and a stone. At the same time, his people - the Israelites - pevailed over the antagonists - the Philistines. You will prevail over every opposition of the enemy against your life, family, ministry and destiny; in Jesus mighty name! Amen.


While the staff in David's hands represents the Holy Spirit (Psalm 23:4) and David prevailed by using the name of the Lord of Hosts. His captain is our captain. You have been given a name above every name - the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12). Our captain has never lost any battle. You are destined to win! You will win as you apply the name of the Lord in your battles. Victory is sure!
