The Rising – From Death to Life
Prayers 1. Every seed of death in me, die in Jesus name. 2. I arise into life and light by the resurrection power of our Lord Jesus Christ
Text: Matthew 28: 1-10 Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. 2 And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it. 3 His countenance was like lightning, and his clothing as white as snow. 4 And the guards shook for fear of him, and became like dead men. 5 But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. 6 He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. 7 And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.” 8 So they went out quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring His disciples word. The Women Worship the Risen Lord 9 And [b]as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” So they came and held Him by the feet and worshiped Him. 10 Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell My brethren to go to Galilee, and there they will see Me.”
The purpose for which Jesus came, died and rose again will be fulfilled in your life, family and destiny in Jesus name.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that saved you will always avail for you in Jesus name.
You will not serve unrighteousness; you will serve the Lord Jesus Christ in righteousness in Jesus name.
You will not lose your seat in heavenly places in Jesus mighty name.
You will fulfil your God ordained purpose in Jesus name.
What does death mean? Death has been defined as: · the action or fact of dying or being killed; the end of the life of a person or organism · the permanent ending of vital processes in a cell or tissue · the destruction or permanent end of something · the end of life · the total and permanent cessation of all the vital functions of an organism · death from this state of life on the earth is usually considered irreversible You will not die an eternal death in Jesus name. Here on earth, you will not die before your time in Jesus name.
What does is mean to rise? · move from a lower position to a higher one · come or go up · get up from lying, sitting, or kneeling · an upward movement; an instance of becoming higher
May you rise from every lowly undesirable state in Jesus name. I command powers keeping you down to break their hold over you in Jesus name.
Rising from death therefore means: · reversal of the action or fact of dying or being killed · the beginning of the life of a person or organism that had died · reversal of the permanent ending of vital processes in a cell or tissue · reversal of the destruction or permanent end of something · reversal of the end of life or restarting of a life that had ended · reversal of death from this state of life on the earth which was usually considered irreversible e.g. raising of our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead, raising of Lazarus from the dead.
Only God can do this. May the power that raised up our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead raise you up, raise up dead organs and cells that should be alive in you; keep you alive and well by the power in the blood of Jesus.
The Bible states in Romans 8:11 that: But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
How was Jesus raised from the dead? In Matthew 28, we see that:
1. There was a great earthquake in v2. An earthquake shakes previously established situations, brings fear and swallows things, paving way for a new order. The earthquake that will shake off the shackles of the enemy, bring fear upon your adversaries and bring about your much desired and awaited order, God will bring your way by virtue of Christ’s resurrection in Jesus name.
2. The Angel of the Lord descended from heaven to bring about situations that will release Jesus from the power of the grave. May God send an angel to you who will cause you to rise from difficult impossible situations in Jesus name.
3. The Angel rolled away the stone at the entrance of Jesus’s tomb and sat on it. The hinderance on the way was removed. The women who were coming to anoint Jesus’s body may have been unable to roll away the stone to gain access. Before they got there the stone had been supernaturally rolled away, to make way for easy entrance. May every hinderance on your way of encountering great things be removed completely in Jesus name.
4. The Angels from heaven also sat on the stone, signifying that the stone of hinderance had been conquered, defeated and taken out of the way. May the heavens send reinforcement to you to defeat every stone and difficulty on your ways in Jesus name.
5. The appearance of the Angels was as lightening, and the soldiers stationed at the tomb were shaking with fear and became as dead men. May God’s lightening incapacitate your armed adversaries in Jesus name.
6. The power of God, by the Spirit of God raised Jesus from the dead (Romans 8:11). He could no longer be found among the dead. He was now part of the living. May the power of God raise you and yours from every state of “deadness” in Jesus name.
7. When something or someone is dead, they are not alive and are unable to function as they should. Only God can bring a person or situation from death to life. He does and He will do so in your life and family in Jesus name.
Therefore, by the power of God: · dead brains come back to life in Jesus name, · dead eyes come back to life in Jesus name, · dead bank accounts and finances come back to life in Jesus name, · dead wisdom come back to life in Jesus name, · dead knowledge come back to life in Jesus name, · dead cells come back to life in Jesus name, · dead muscles come back to life in Jesus name, · dead bone marrow come back to life in Jesus name, · dead visions come back to life in Jesus name, · dead calling come back to life in Jesus name, · dead careers come back to life in Jesus name, · dead businesses come back to life in Jesus name · dead homes come back to life in Jesus name, · dead churches and ministries come back to life in Jesus name, and · dead communities come back to life in Jesus name
8. Jesus spoke to His disciples, that they should go into Galilee in v10. What a dead person was unable to do before – to speak, He was able to do. By the resurrection power of the Lord Jesus Christ, begin to do what you were unable to do, in Jesus name.
9. For death to die and life to rise, that means that death was killed, and destroyed. The Bible states in Hebrews 2:14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,
May everything representing death in your life and family die in Jesus name.
May agents of death in and around you die in Jesus name.
What should you do? 1. Be born again He can help you and He will help you.
2. Live holy - Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14)
3. Reverence the Lord Jesus Christ always in heart and life - But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, (1 Peter 3:15)
4. Stay in righteousness - Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous (1 John 3:7). Also Romans 1:4 and Habakkuk 1:13.
Prayers 1. Father, destroy every work of the devil in my life, family and community in the name of Jesus. 2. I will not die, I will live to the glory of God in Jesus name.

10.Father, heal all those who have been infected by the corona virus in Jesus name.
11.Lord, let the pandemic die out of lives, our communities and nations in Jesus name
12.I bind every strongman that have stolen from me and recover my goods in Jesus name.
13.I will not die I will live by the power in the blood of Jesus.
14.I will have progressive increase, joy, peace, flourishing and great accomplishments in all areas of my life, family, career, academics, business, ministry and destiny in Jesus mighty name.
15.My life and family are shielded with the blood of Jesus against every attack from the kingdom of darkness in Jesus name.
16.I receive the anointing of ease in my endeavors in Jesus name.
